ROMIC Group is seeking to recruit experienced agents in a variety of territories to assist us with our international projects.

Agents would be expected to identify new sales opportunities as well as work with us on existing projects and with existing clients. We are seeking well-connected, highly motivated individuals with a track record in international business, who can demonstrate proof of successfully completed projects. Agents would act as liaison between ROMIC in the UK and the end user in-country, up to a state operator and government level, in both rail and range of industrial sectors.

Senior Locomotive Engineer

ROMIC Group is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Locomotive Engineer to join our engineering department.

Working with our Head of Engineering you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of locomotives and rolling stock within the UK, as well as preparation for export and assistance with overseas commissioning.

Experience of the Class 43 HST power car and Mk3 trailers is essential, as is a willingness to travel overseas and work alongside our clients’ driver and maintenance teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to further their career, or looking for a role that offers challenges above and beyond a typical fixed-base engineering role.

A competitive salary is offered, with performance related bonuses and expenses. We are open to discussing this role being offered either on an employee or a contractor basis, and would be happy to discuss additional roles being offered to candidates looking to work on a project-by-project basis.

Primary base: Dereham, Norfolk

Other UK locations as required as well as work overseas.
