Rolling Stock Delivery & Movement
ROMIC Group’s Class 20 diesel-electric locomotives are a regular sight out and about on the UK network on all manner of locomotive and rolling stock movements, including:
- Delivery of new rolling stock
- Movement of end of life rolling stock for scrap
- Recovery of failed units
- Transfer of heritage locomotives and rolling stock
We are happy to provide our Class 20s singly, or – more commonly – as a pair, and with or without drivers, route planning and project management (provided through our operating partner).
Our locomotives are maintained by our appointed ECM and subject to all statutory inspection and maintenance exams.
ROMIC Group carry £10M public and product liability insurance in respect of locomotive hire.
